What to Expect in A SESSION:

Our classes are built around simple, effective strength based training principles that help you move well, feel strong, and progress safely over time.

Every session is guided by a qualified coach and can be adapted to your level, whether you’re brand new or dusting off old habits. We cap class numbers so that every member gets the attention and guidance they need.

You’ll never feel rushed, judged, or out of place here. Just supported.

  • Absolutely not. That’s why this pass exists, to help you build strength and confidence from wherever you’re starting. Every class can be adapted to your level, and we’ll guide you every step of the way.

  • Perfect. Most people who walk through our doors haven’t either. Our classes are designed to teach you the basics in a safe, supportive way. You’ll be surprised how quickly you feel capable.

  • Yes! If you haven’t trained with us in 6+ months, you’re eligible. Whether it’s been a break, life got busy, or you just haven’t found the right fit yet, we’d love to have you back.

  • It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

  • Once you claim your free pass, we’ll send you an email with a simple booking link and instructions. You’ll be able to book any 3 classes that suit you over the next 7 days.

  • Of course! As long as they’re also eligible (new or returning after 6+ months), they can claim their own 3 for FREE pass. Training with a mate makes it even more fun.

  • You’ll have the option to continue training with us through memberships or class packs, no pressure either way. We’ll send you a few options at the end of your week if you want to keep going.
