You’ll create your account, purchase Foundations, and book your first session.
Starting gym classes can feel intimidating when you do not yet know the space, the equipment, or what to expect.
Foundations is designed to bridge that gap.
These two one-on-one sessions act as your gym induction, confidence builder, and starting point before entering classes. You will learn the basics, get comfortable in the environment, and leave with a clearer idea of where to go next.

No. Foundations is designed for beginners and for people who want a more supported start. You do not need to know what you’re doing before you come in.

No. You’ll book your first session when you purchase Foundations. Your second session will be scheduled with your coach after Session 1.

No. Foundations is our best starting point for people who are new, unsure, or would benefit from a more supported introduction before entering classes.

Wear comfortable training clothes, enclosed shoes, and bring a drink bottle. We’ll guide you through the rest.
